This years AGM will be held on the 6th December at 9.00am sharp, It is to be held in the pits at the Bendigo Bank Arena (Latrobe Speedway.)

All financial members are requested to be present or have a letter of apology which is to be handed to an Exec. Committee member before the 6th Dec.

Future members and general public are also welcome to attend, but will not have voting rights.

After the AGM we will be having a working bee at the track to make sure everything is in place and ready for the following weekends 2day race meeting which will be the Performance RC 2009 Club Title.
