There will be a working bee on Saturday 5th Dec, Everyone is welcome to attend and it would be greatly appreciated if you could bring a few gardening tools i.e.: rake, shovel / spade, wheelbarrow basically what every you can bring would be great. We would also like someone if possible to bring along a whipper snipper / brush cutter to cut some of the long grass.

This working bee is in preparation for the club titles on the 12-13 Dec. There will also be a follow up working bee after the AGM on Sunday to finish off anything that may have been missed on Saturday.

This years AGM will be held on the 6th December at 9.00am sharp, It is to be held in the pits at the Bendigo Bank Arena (Latrobe Speedway.)

All financial members are requested to be present or have a letter of apology which is to be handed to an Exec. Committee member before the 6th Dec.

Future members and general public are also welcome to attend, but will not have voting rights.

After the AGM we will be having a working bee at the track to make sure everything is in place and ready for the following weekends 2day race meeting which will be the Performance RC 2009 Club Title.

NWRCCC Track Committee has submitted a final version of a track layout for the new location at Bendigo Bank Arena. The track area dimensions are 60m x 35m and following AARCMCC rules where applicable. This will be a work in progress and things may change a little as required.

NWRCCC is looking at another way to raise funds for the new track, we are looking into getting stubby holders with our club logo and web address printed on them. Sale price will be about $8-$10.

Also remember we still sell club bumper sticker for $2.00 and club shirts in all sizes for $30.00 all proceeds go to building the new track and keeping NWRCCC afloat.

We have had a few people ask about extending the max race field from 10 to maybe 12-15 as we are now using the transponder system this can be done with no hassles on the computer side of things. No more pushing bottons 1 through 10 and thats why it has been set to 10 because there is only 10 numbers on a keyboard, but now because we are using transponders we have the opportunity to make the fields it alittle bigger and have more people in the "A-Mains" / "Heats".

NWRCCC have some great news and more news to come, we have locked in some land for a great new track to be built soon, also we have locked in some great land to run a grass track with bit of a drivers stand in the mean time, its out at the Bendigo Bank Arena at Latrobe Speedway.

All 2008 memberships are due for renewal as of 1st Jan 2009.
