1. No children under 18 shall be left unattended and parents are responsible for keeping their children safe. Unattended children may be asked to leave unsafe areas and parents may be asked to leave as necessary to ensure safety.

2. No alcohol, drugs, firearms, or other illegal items are allowed anywhere in the facility at any time. Offenders will be banned from the facility and prosecuted.

3. Only Remote Control vehicles 1/8th scale or smaller are permitted on the track. No bicycles, mini-bikes, Oversized RC vehicles or any other un-authorized vehicles are allowed on the track at anytime.

4. Racing vehicles outside of the track, in the pits, or parking lot is not permitted. Speeds must be kept to a walking pace at all times. A separate designated grass area will be available for vehicle testing on race days.

5. The track is open on weekends only for members by prior arrangement between the hours of 8am – 6pm. except during organized racing events when the track is restricted to registered participants.

6. Patrons must use the frequency board to ensure transmitter frequencies are not in use and frequency conflicts do not occur during non-organized events.

7. The use of R/C transmitters and frequencies are restricted in the facility to authorized participants during organized racing events.

8. The track is only to be watered, repaired, or changed by NWRCCC track committee and NWRCCC executive committee.

9. The lights are for use during organized racing events only and will NOT be used for private practice.

10. The electrical system is for use during organized racing events only. (Several outlets under driver’s stand are left on for public use as a courtesy.)

11. The track is only to be used when doing so will not damage the surface. Using the track when too wet will damage the track and vehicle and is not tolerated.

12. The facility is closed during unsafe weather conditions.

13. The track may be closed for rebuilds, repairs, and/or other reason without prior notice.

14. Patrons agree that North-West Remote Control Car Club Inc. members, officials, or representatives reserve the right to direct participants or spectators as necessary. Failure to comply with directions may result in being asked to leave the facility. Enforced by authorities if necessary.

15. Do not climb or jump on any and all fences / barriers. Use the designated paths and walkways.

17. Bendigo Bank Arena is patrolled by the Tasmanian Police Department. There is also an onsite Care Taker to ensure safety and enforce the rules.

18. Misuse or damage to the facility, track and any equipment will be prosecuted by North-West Remote Control Car Club Inc.
 

By being in or using the track or other related facilities and areas on the premises, you are agreeing that you: freely accept and voluntarily assume any and all risks of property damage, personal injury or death, and release North-West Remote Control Car Club Inc. and its agents, employees, directors, officers, sponsors and shareholders from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage which results in any way from conditions on or about the premises and facilities. Your participation while on the premises, or any other activities on the premises you agree to assume all risk of personal injury or loss of damage to yourself, spouse, family member, child, or any of your property.

North-West Remote Control Car Club Inc. nor Bendigo Bank Arena is not responsible for nor may be held accountable or liable for, in any way, any loss, damage, liability, expense, cost or other fees as the result of any event, accident, injury or other loss caused in any way at North-West Remote Control Car Club Inc. premises for which a person or persons may seek damages or any other remedy from North-West Remote Control Car Club Inc.
